Welcome to Indy Global Talent Development.

This onboarding process is designed to ensure all models represented, managed, or professionally supported through Indy Global Consulting Group are prepared to meet current entertainment, fashion, commercial, and media industry standards.

Our goal is to help talent maintain a professional, marketable, and industry-ready presence across all areas of representation, branding, and public visibility.

Professional Standards & Expectations

Models represented or professionally supported through Indy Global Consulting Group are expected to maintain professionalism, reliability, preparedness, and industry-appropriate conduct at all times.

Professional presentation, communication, punctuality, and personal accountability are considered essential within the modeling and entertainment industries.


Required Professional Materials

Models are expected to maintain updated professional materials including:

  • Professional Headshots

  • Digitals / Polaroids

  • Comp Cards

  • Portfolio Images

  • Runway or Commercial Reel (if applicable)

  • Updated Measurements

  • Professional Bio

  • Resume / Experience List

Materials should remain current and accurately reflect the model’s present appearance and professional capabilities. Client is responsible for all costs.


Social Media & Public Conduct

Models are expected to maintain a professional online presence and avoid content or behavior that may:

  • Damage professional reputation

  • Harm brand partnerships

  • Impact employability

  • Conflict with industry standards

Professional conduct is expected both online and in public-facing environments.


Health, Wellness & Safety

Indy Global supports healthy, professional, and sustainable career development.

Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate self-care, wellness, conditioning, and professional readiness consistent with industry expectations.

Clients remain responsible for their own:

  • Health insurance

  • Wellness decisions

  • Medical care

  • Medical Care

  • Dental Care

  • Vision Care

  • Mental Health

  • Nutrition

  • Personal fitness and appearance maintenance

  • School (if applicable)


Appearance & Branding Standards

Models are expected to maintain consistency in professional presentation and must notify management prior to significant changes including:

  • Hair color or hairstyle

  • Tattoos or piercings

  • Weight fluctuations

  • Cosmetic alterations

  • Major appearance modifications

Updated professional images may be required following appearance changes.

Professional image consistency is critical within entertainment, fashion, commercial, and branding industries.


Required Industry Platforms

Depending on market category and professional goals, models may be required to maintain active and updated profiles on applicable industry platforms including:

  • Instagram (professional use)

  • LinkedIn-Professional

  • Facebook

  • Tik Tok

  • Model Mayhem

  • Casting Networks

  • Backstage

  • Professional portfolio website

Social media accounts should reflect professional presentation standards and remain brand-safe. Professional accounts are maintained by Manager and private accounts are maintained by client.


Communication Standards

Clients are expected to:

  • Respond professionally and promptly

  • Maintain respectful communication

  • Arrive prepared and on time

  • Communicate scheduling conflicts immediately

Failure to maintain professional communication standards may affect representation status.

Professional Development

Models are encouraged to continue developing professionally through:

  • Workshops

  • Runway coaching

  • Posing development

  • Fitness and conditioning

  • Media training

  • Branding education

Professional growth and continued education are considered important aspects of long-term industry success. Client is responsible for all costs.

By continuing onboarding, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to maintain the professional standards and expectations outlined above.
